Paint PRO retails authentic architectural coatings, primers, putties, waterproofing compounds, and painting accessories sourced from authorized distributors of leading brands (including Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, and Dulux):

• Computerized Machine Tinting: Paint bases are custom-tinted to your chosen color code using calibrated automated colorant dispensers. Once a base can has undergone color pigment dispensing, the formula is irreversible.
• Color & Swatch Variation: Digital swatches displayed on computer screens, mobile devices, and marketing graphics provide a digital simulation. Actual wall sheen and tone may vary subtly based on lighting conditions (warm vs. cool white), natural sunlight, surface porosity, and the number of coats applied.
• Pricing & GST Compliance:All listed prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian tax authorities. Formal tax invoices are provided with each dispatched order.

If hidden structural defects, severe sub-surface seepage, structural cracks, or hazardous materials are identified during surface preparation that were not evident during initial estimation, a written scope revision and supplemental quote will be presented to the Customer before proceeding.

• Delivery Zone & Timelines: Deliveries are executed to verifiable street addresses within our active operational pincodes. Express delivery slots are subject to weather conditions, road closures, and traffic regulations.
• Mandatory Inspection Upon Arrival: Customers or their authorized delegates are required to inspect the exterior condition of paint pails, security tape, and accessory packages upon delivery.
• Transit Damage Claims: Any external leakage, broken lid seals, or incorrect items must be noted immediately with the delivery agent or reported to support@paintpro.in within 24 hours accompanied by photographic evidence.

• Extracting, harvesting, scraping, or indexing data, shade codes, product catalogs, or pricing algorithms via automated scripts, bots, or crawlers.
• Submitting fabricated booking requests, bogus shipping addresses, or exploiting promotions through multiple unauthorized accounts.
• Subjecting our on-site painting specialists, delivery drivers, or customer support staff to verbal harassment, intimidation, or unsafe working environments.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security infrastructure of our cloud servers, API endpoints, or database clusters.

Violations of this section may lead to immediate termination of service access and referral to law enforcement authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All digital assets, logos, design systems, illustrations, visual calculators, text content, and underlying software source code on paintpro.in are the exclusive intellectual property of PaintPro Technologies or its licensed suppliers and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Brand names, trade marks, product emblems, and color palette names of third-party paint manufacturers (such as Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Nerolac, and Dulux) remain the proprietary intellectual property of their respective corporate owners and are utilized here strictly for factual compatibility identification and retail representation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Paint PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from site delays caused by force majeure events (including torrential monsoons, labor strikes, power grid failures, or natural disasters).

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising between you and Paint PRO shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any disagreement, dispute, or grievance, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution in good faith by submitting the claim to our dedicated support desk at support@paintpro.in within 30 days of the dispute arising.

If amicable resolution is not reached, any legal proceedings or suits shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at our discretion to reflect legislative amendments, market practices, or changes to our product and service offerings.
